Directorate of Quality

The Directorate of Quality is responsible for systemic arrangements in development planning, better legislation, quality and innovation in the public administration, the creation and management of the system for training civil servants and upgrading their skills, and systemic arrangements in connection with general administrative procedure, administrative fees and administrative operations.
