The Division for General Administrative Procedure and Operations is responsible for systemic tasks in the regulation of general administrative procedure, administration fees and administrative operations.

Its work encompasses:

  • monitoring the implementation of the rules of general administrative procedure, the rules of administrative operations, and the rules governing the requirement to pay administrative fees,
  • preparing systemic solutions in connection with the General Administrative Procedure Act and secondary legislation in this area,
  • preparing systemic solutions in connection with the Decree on Administrative Operations and the Administrative Fees Act,
  • working with other ministries on arrangements for special administrative procedures,
  • working with government bodies and other national bodies, local government bodies, holders of public authorisations and public stakeholders on the implementation of the rules of general and special administrative procedures, the rules of administrative operations, and requirements in connection with administrative fees, in the sense of drafting written opinions and views,
  • drafting approvals for proposals to change the allocation of office hours and working time for government bodies,
  • drawing up a closing report on process and decisions in administrative cases.
