The EU aims to establish international rail corridors for a European rail network. The objectives of the technical assistance are to facilitate the participation of Slovenia in the corridor structures to improve the information flows and to streamline the implementation of cross-border projects.

eLegislation is a concept of a common digital environment that gathers various projects aiming at a comprehensive and systematic digital transformation of the process of planning, drafting, adopting and evaluating legislation in the Republic of Slovenia.

Slovenia is a staunch supporter of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and persistently highlights the importance of the Court’s independence and effectiveness. Slovenia is honoured to present Ms Beti HOHLER, an outstanding candidate for the ICC Judicial Elections in December 2023.

The "Support for improving quality of healthcare and patient safety in Slovenia" project took place in Slovenia in 2021-2022.

The European Union’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) was launched in 1962 as a partnership between agriculture and society, and between Europe and its farmers. The CAP is a common policy for all EU Member States. It is managed at European level and funded through the EU budget.

The second Swiss Contribution with a total budget of CHF 1.024 billion supports 13 partner countries and aims to reduce economic and social disparities in the European Union. The EU and Switzerland signed a memorandum of understanding on the second Swiss Contribution on 30 June 2022, which enabled the launch of negotiations between Switzerland and the selected EU member states.

Buzzing Futures is an imaginative and interactive discussion game that invites players to explore the future of our ecosystems through the lens of pollinators. Developed by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in the Nordics in collaboration with UN Global Pulse, the Secretary-General’s Innovation Lab, the game brings together creative storytelling, systems thinking, and play. It challenges participants to reflect on the role of bees and other pollinators not only in biodiversity and food security but also in shaping more resilient, sustainable societies.

Slovenia has consistently demonstrated its strong commitment to the codification and progressive development of international law, recognizing it as a cornerstone of a rules-based international order. As a firm supporter of the work of the International Law Commission (ILC), Slovenia is honoured to present an outstanding candidate for the membership of the ILC for the term 2028-2032 – Ambassador Dr Ana Polak Petrič.
