Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Travel Advice: COVID-19

As the probability of infection with COVID-19 remains present, Slovenian citizens wishing to travel abroad are advised to follow the news on the spread of the virus, especially on the planned route, to check the conditions of entry into the country of destination, and to comply with local rules. Slovenian citizens returning from abroad are advised to follow the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ).

As a strong supporter of effective multilateralism Slovenian team daily engages in different fora of international Geneva, a unique multilateral hub in Europe. The Permanent Representation in Geneva represents Slovenia's interests on a daily basis in many organizations, guided by the Declaration on the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Slovenia and other core documents in the field of foreign policy.

At the Permanent Representation, we pay special attention to cooperation in the UN Human Rights Council, the World Health Organization, the Conference on Disarmament, the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Organization for Migration, the World Trade Organization, the International Labor Organization, the European Atomic Energy Agency, the International Union for Telecommunications, the World Economic Forum and many others.
