The Government extended electricity price regulation for households and small business customers until the end of the year. It also extended the validity of the decree setting the maximum allowable electricity price for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

At its session, the Government extended the validity of the Decree on setting gas prices from the system. The new draft decree thus provides for the measure to be renewed for an additional 4 months, until 31 December 2023, so that both consumers and suppliers will know the conditions.

The Government approved an amendment to the Decree laying down the list of goods and services subject to price control measures. The amendment supplements the list of goods and services to which price control measures may be applied by adding the complementary health insurance service to the list.

The Government adopted the National Reform Programme 2023, which includes the Government's planned priorities, key structural measures and actions to achieve the recommendations and targets set out in national and European strategic documents.

The Government adopted an opinion on the request by the National Council of the Republic of Slovenia for the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia to reconsider the Act Amending the Foreigners Act. The Government proposes to the National Assembly to support the Act Amending the Foreigners Act when it is reconsidered.
