Če bodo projekti uporabljali satelitsko opazovanje zemlje, pozicioniranje, navigiranje oziroma s tem povezane časovne podatke in storitve, morajo izvajalci projekta uporabiti podatke in storitve Galilea/EGNOS in Copernicusa. Poleg teh se lahko uporabljajo tudi drugi podatki in storitve.
