User Support Office
The primary responsibility of the User Support Office is the development and management of the local IT environment for end users. Its operations cover 119 centralised government bodies across approximately 550 locations throughout the country, delivering direct on-site and remote support to 16,233 users, alongside the centralised management of workstations and the distribution of shared software.
Operating within the Office, the One-Stop Contact Centre provides citizens and businesses with information regarding central government administration and with technical assistance for e-government services. For all employees of the state administration, it serves as the primary point of contact for IT support.
Additionally, the Office is responsible for the development and support of the IBM Control Desk – Maximo application, which serves as the central hub for handling and resolving IT support tickets and overseeing the lifecycle of IT hardware from procurement to disposal.
