At the Human Resources Service, we carry out professional, organisational and coordination tasks related to the implementation of personnel functions in the ministry and in the bodies within ministries.

We prepare internal general acts, such as acts on the internal organisation and systematisation of jobs, regulations, instructions, and individual acts which have the form of decisions, conclusions and authorisations in the field of regulating rights and obligations from the employment relationship.

We keep personnel records and prepare data and necessary documents for calculation and payment of wages to employees and supervise the calculation of wages and other personal benefits based on the control calculation.

Within the framework of available funds, we take care of the planning and implementation of activities in the field of education, training and development of employees and in the field of health promotion at work.
