Marko Dvornik

Marko Dvornik holds a degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in Transport Engineering, from the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering at the University of Ljubljana. Throughout his career, he has combined expertise in infrastructure, digital transformation, information technologies, and project management.

Since 2018, he has served as Product Manager at 3 TAV d.o.o., where he has led multidisciplinary development teams and overseen the strategic development of mobile and web-based applications supporting the digital transformation of utility, energy, and manufacturing companies. His work has focused on developing innovative digital solutions, introducing mentoring programmes and improving business processes through automation. He also contributed to the development of an award-winning digital customer portal recognised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

Before that, he worked as an independent ICT Project Manager, leading projects in web application development, digital media, and multimedia management. He managed the Novo Mesto Multimedia Centre and coordinated a range of regional multimedia initiatives, while also contributing to several digital development projects and media publications.

His professional expertise includes digital transformation, product and project management, agile development, team leadership and mentoring, with a strong focus on applying technology to improve organisational performance and public services.
