Division for Operations and Service Centre maintains and develops the access control and attendance management system, plans the acquisition and maintenance of IT fixed assets, maintains IT and communications hardware and software on computers and servers and the local area network, provides system support, coordinates hardware repairs, manages the fixed IP telephony area and manages the videoconferencing systems.

For the purpose of regulating professional issues in the field of technology for the management of information and communication systems in the state administration, we participate in the Operational Working Group, which operates within the Council of IT Development in State Administration.

We implement information security measures and procedures in information systems and provide assistance to employees in the use of applications.

We prepare technical specifications for sector-specific applications, coordinate the work of information system contractors/maintainers and provide assistance in the use of sector-specific applications.

We take care of the IT equipment of the Ministry and its users, keep records of IT equipment and provide IT support for the inventory of fixed assets.
