Public Property Directorate
The Public Property Directorate prepares the legislation, other regulations and guidelines on the management of state-owned assets, state aid, the State’s financial assets, and the transparency of financial relations, guarantees and gambling. It monitors the management of state assets and acts as the link between the Slovenian Sovereign Holding that manages the state assets, the Government and the National Assembly. It decides and issues opinions on the compatibility with State aid rules.
