Legal Service
The Legal Service ensures legal certainty and provides legal support for the work of the sectors within the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection.
It prepares interpretations of legislation and contributes to the drafting of new regulations, systemic solutions, contracts and other legal acts. A significant part of its remit covers the granting of concessions, the provision of public information, advisory services, and cooperation with other government institutions, the State Attorney's Office, the Veterinary Chamber of Slovenia and public service providers.
