Spring begins in Planica!

It's been a diverse week, filled with international events on the political stage, commemorating special days – from Down Syndrome Day to Forests and Water Day. But the climax – the finale of the Ski Jumping World Cup in Planica – surpasses all of this.

Slovenia can boast many successful athletes in various disciplines, and ski jumping certainly remains one of the most popular and successful branches in Slovenian sports. This year, the darling of the fans is undoubtedly Nika Prevc, the recipient of the crystal globe of the just-concluded season, but a special place will always be held by her brother, Peter Prevc, who is concluding an exceptional sports career this weekend.

Let's wish Nika a well-deserved rest and Peter a lot of enjoyment in his final jumps in Planica.
