We would like to inform our clients that consular operations and services of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Cairo will be severely limited between 30 June and 30 July 2022 due to absence of the Consul.

On World Bee Day focus on young people

Consular services fully restarted
Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Cairo announces the removal of all COVID19-related limitations of our consular services. Clients are kindly advised that prior appointment via email is still needed to approach the Consular Department and that scans of the relevant documentation may also be requested in advance before allocating a time slot in particular cases.

COVID-19 EPIDEMIC: Limited operations of the Consular Department
We would like to inform our esteemed clients that the official hours of the Consular Department remain suspended until further notice. Our clients are kindly advised that prior appointment via phone (+20 2 37498171) or email (sloembassy.cairo@gov.si) is requested to perform any consular service. In particular cases, scans of the documentation may also be requested in advance before allocating a time slot for approaching the Consular Department.

Third-country nationals should exercise the utmost caution in all dealings with companies that claim to offer assistance in obtaining Slovenian citizenship or Slovenian passports. Many websites and e-mail scams attempt to mislead individuals into believing the companies are offering to expedite citizenship or passport applications or are acting on behalf of the Slovenian authorities.
