The Republic of Slovenia (the Issuer), rated A3 / AA- / A (all stable), has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, J.P. Morgan and Nova KBM to lead manage a debut 10-year EUR 1 billion (no-grow) Sustainability bond offering. The Regulation S transaction in dematerialized registered form will follow, subject to market conditions. Credit Agricole CIB acted as sole sustainability structuring advisor.
