General Affairs and IT Service
At the General Affairs and IT Service, we carry out the tasks of office operations and of the reception and information office, along with recording and classifying all matters and documents that the ministry receives or are created in the course of its work. We regularly edit documentary and archival material and perform tasks of dispatch, mail distribution and other courier services.
We organise, manage and control tasks related to the maintenance and protection of premises and equipment in the ministry’s premises. We plan the acquisition and maintenance of fixed assets, except for IT fixed assets.
We maintain information and communication hardware and software on computers and servers and the local network. We also take care of the field of landline and mobile telephony and the maintenance and development of the system for recording working hours.
We provide assistance in the use of applications to employees of the ministry, take responsibility for the continuous education and practical training of employees, and help with editing the website of the ministry.
