Local Self-Government Directorate
The Local Self-Government Directorate is responsible for the systemic regulation of the organisation and operation of Slovenian municipalities. The Directorate prepares legislative solutions in the field of local self-government; in cases where the content relates to the operation of municipalities, it participates in the drafting of relevant legislation in this field that is within the competence of other ministries.
