Project Coordination and Implementation Service
The Project Coordination and Implementation Service plans, manages, implements and oversees projects and operations co-financed by the European Union. We carry out our tasks in accordance with the European and national legal frameworks governing the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European Cohesion Policy Programme for the 2021–2027 period.
We are responsible for coordinating and preparing investment and project documentation required to secure project funding. We coordinate and prepare technical specifications for public procurement procedures, contribute to their preparation, and prepare other documentation required to launch such procedures. We manage the financial aspects of projects, oversee their implementation and perform contract management duties. We monitor and report on the achievement of project objectives and indicators. We cooperate with managing and supervisory authorities and the intermediary body. The Service also provides advisory support for the implementation of justice-sector projects co-financed by the European Union.
