Our role covers the area of baselines for the financing of compulsory health insurance programmes and services, where we develop guidelines for effective financial support. At the same time, we focus on the area of programmes and services, where we improve quality and efficiency. Our responsibilities also include the area of financing and analysis in relation to reducing waiting times, where we seek and implement solutions to improve access to health services. We are actively involved in Health System Performance Monitoring (HSPA) and are responsible for the area of billing models, which are key to the design of health care arrangements.
