At the Customer Support Directorate, our work is strongly user-oriented. The three rounded areas of work that we carry out in our office all cover rounded user target groups. We provide substantive and technical assistance at the so-called Level 1 level of support in the use of e-services provided by the state to citizens, businesses, and employees of the state administration, and field and remote support to employees of state bodies (both in the area of Ljubljana and at locations elsewhere in Slovenia). We also provide management and service activities for hardware and software.
