Human Resources Section performs tasks related to the enforcement of rights from the employment relationship. It manages procedures of employment, transfers and terminations of employment. It prepares documentation related to employee evaluation and other procedures in the field of human resources management. Human Resources Section also monitors the development of personnel and, within the framework of the available funds, provides ongoing training and education of employees and takes care of the Education Plan. At the same time, it prepares internal regulations in the field of employment relations such as the act on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces and its amendments. Human Resources Section establishes and maintains personnel records as a basis for the calculation of salaries and other personal benefits, prepares documents related to the calculation of salaries, ensures the correct calculation of salaries and other personal benefits.
