About the Embassy Manila
The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Manila is the official diplomatic representation of Slovenia in the Republic of the Philippines. The embassy opened in May 2024. Since April 2026, it has also been accredited to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
The main objectives of the Embassy are to:
- represent the interests of the Republic of Slovenia in the Republic of the Philippines and with ASEAN,
- promote close bilateral political, economic and cultural relations between Slovenia and the Philippines,
- establish and maintain regular dialogue with the Philippine government institutions and the ASEAN Secretariat,
- promote Slovenia in the country of accreditation,
- provide consular assistance to Slovenian citizens in the Philippines and establishing and maintaining contacts with the Slovene community,
- provide information on Slovenia to citizens of the country of accreditation.
