The General, Personnel, Finance and IT Service heads and organises inspection work and prepares analyses, reports and other documents. It provides everything that is necessary for all internal organisational units of the Inspectorate to operate in a coordinated manner. It prepares a strategy for communication with the public and the media regarding the work of the Inspectorate. Its responsibilities include providing training and professional development for its employees and providing opportunities for inspectors to apply for professional examinations for inspectors and public employees and pursue other forms of professional development. It carries out public procurement procedures and performs tasks related to such procedures.
