EU funding for the project Smart human resource management in state administration
The aim of the project is to establish a strategic and comprehensive approach to human resource management in state administration. The project focuses on the long-term improvement of human resources practices in a multigenerational working environment, which is constantly changing in light of new social, economic, and technological challenges.
The project involves the development and implementation of:
- common tools and solutions for human resources management at the state administration level,
- mechanisms for knowledge transfer between generations,
- incentives for active and healthy ageing of employees, and
- strategies for effective planning of future human resources needs.
The project will contribute to a higher-quality, more inclusive, and long-term sustainable system of work in the state administration, and consequently, to more accessible and higher-quality public services for residents.
The European Social Fund Plus will contribute €1,209,990.95 to the project valued at €1,423,518.77.
The beneficiary is the Ministry of Public Administration, namely Human Resources Centre – Human Resources Development Section.
