The project aims to establish a modern information system that enables faster, more transparent, and more efficient implementation of appointment procedures in the judiciary. Digitisation and automation will eliminate numerous time-consuming administrative procedures that are currently performed manually. A key advantage of the project is the introduction of an e-application system, which will enable candidates for various judicial positions to submit their applications digitally without the need to visit the institutions in person.

Similarly, candidates for court-appointed experts, appraisers, interpreters, notaries, mediators in criminal cases, refugee counsellors, and judges of international courts and state prosecutors will receive a decision on their appointment much faster, as the established system will enable automatic retrieval of data from official records, eliminating the need for manual collection of documents. Candidates will be kept informed of the status of their application and will be able to supplement their documentation and confirm their participation in the relevant tests electronically. The introduction of the digital procedure will also significantly enhance the efficiency of cooperation between institutions, leading to more coordinated and expedited decision-making.

The project contributes to achieving European cohesion policy objectives and enhances indicators within the European Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) by increasing the accessibility of digital public services for citizens and improving the quality of administrative procedures.

The beneficiary of the financial contribution for the project is the Ministry of Justice.

The European Regional Development Fund will contribute €212,339.66 to the project, which has a total value of €367,500.
