The project aims to strengthen the social protection system by enhancing the quality and efficiency of services, with a particular focus on supporting vulnerable groups, including children, families, and individuals in need. The project focuses on:

  • strengthening the professional staff in social care,
  • improving the competences of staff, especially those working with families and vulnerable people,
  • introducing new working methods, including field work, which will allow a more individualised approach,
  • preventing risk factors and strengthening protective factors in society.

Measures that go beyond the local level and foster developmental, sustainable and inclusive solutions will strengthen the public service network and increase access to quality social services. The project is a strategic response to contemporary challenges in the field of social protection, contributing to greater social inclusion, equity, and cohesion.

The project, worth a total of €25,500,000, will receive €18,003,000.02 from European Social Fund Plus.

The beneficiary is the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.
