The aim of the meeting was to determine the method of implementation of Decision of the Constitutional Court No. U-I-772/21-37 of 1 June 2023. In the first step, the Decision will be implemented through a special intervention act and within the existing salary system. The starting points of the act were presented at the meeting and a draft is expected to be sent to representatives of the Slovenian justice system within 14 days.

A long-term and systemic solution to the salary situation of holders of office in the justice system will be coordinated within the framework of a comprehensive overhaul of the salary system.
