State Secretary Vojko Volk on a working visit to the United States of America

State Secretary for International Affairs and National and International Security Vojko Volk paid a productive working visit to Washington D.C. During his time there, he had the privilege of meeting with Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien, and Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs, Michele Sison.

State Secretary for International Affairs and National and International Security Vojko Volk paid a productive working visit to Washington. During his time there, he had the privilege of meeting with Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, James O'Brien, and Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs, Michele Sison. Additionally, State Secretary Volk held discussions with Deputy National Security Advisor Jonathan Finer and took the opportunity to engage with Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasian Affairs Yuri Kim.

State Secretary Volk also spoke with representatives at the United States Department of Defense. Main discussions were regarding bilateral relations, the situation in Ukraine, the Western Balkans and the Middle East, transatlantic relations and cooperation within the UN Security Council. On February 27th State Secretary Volk actively participated in a roundtable hosted by the Wilson Center's - Global Europe Program -in Washington DC.
