During the festival, Radovljica becomes the sweetest town, as the providers from Slovenia and abroad put on display the largest selection of chocolates, chocolate dishes and desserts in Slovenia. While tasting sweet delights, visitors will also be able to relax and enjoy the diverse accompanying programme catering for all generations and preferences. Children's entertainment, concerts, creative workshops and sports games will be organised at different venues. Certain participating chocolate shops compete with their products for the title of the "Best Praline of the Festival". The expert committee selects the winners prior to the festival, so that the visitors can taste the best pralines at the festival stalls.

Radovljica, which is the holder of the Slovenia Green Gold Label, strives to implement the festival with as little waste as possible. Beverages at this year’s festival will be available in reusable glasses to contribute to environmental conservation. Reusable glasses imprinted with "Radol'ca, pristno sladka" (Radol'ca, genuinely sweet) will from now on be used at all events organised by Javni zavod Turizem in kultura Radovljica.
