The call center will supply information on entry and residence in Slovenia, the procedure for recognition of international protection as well as information on financial or material assistance provided by various individuals or organizations.

So far, the people of Slovenia have expressed their solidarity and willingness to provide humanitarian assistance countless times. When the first refugees from Ukraine arrived in Slovenia, we immediately started collecting humanitarian aid and the people’s response has been truly overwhelming. In recent days, the Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants has been contacted by many individuals and organizations expressing their willingness to help the citizens of Ukraine, and they have, among other things, also offered their assistance in organizing various types of transport to Slovenia. Before arranging transportation services, anyone wishing to provide such assistance is kindly requested to contact the Office for the Support and Integration of Migrants, namely, by reason of proper coordination and to obtain further information related to the arrival of citizens from Ukraine. This is the only way that renders it possible to provide quick and efficient support and assistance to all those who need help most.
