Prime Minister Janez Janša attends state ceremony marking National Sovereignty Day

Today, the Prime Minister Janez Janša took part in a national Sovereignty Day ceremony, which took place in the sports hall of the Koper Primary School. The keynote speaker at the ceremony was the Minister of Defence Matej Tonin.

The Minister's speech was followed by the artistic part of the state ceremony, prepared by the screenwriter and director Katja Pegan and the performers: the Slovenian Army Orchestra and the Police Orchestra, singers Anika Horvat, Štefica Stepančević and Ana Dežman, actor Mak Tepšič, the Deve Teachers' Choir and the Korala female vocal group, the Koper Primary School Children's Choir, the Fiona Dance School and the Flip Dance Acrobatic Group.
