Slovenian Digital Centre brings technology closer to people

The Slovenian Digital Centre is the main economic event of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which will run until the end of the year, covering a variety of topics relevant to the continued sustainable and green development of Slovenia and the European Union.

The Digital Centre "Technology for people" at the business and shopping centre BTC City in Ljubljana (Hall 1) offers companies the opportunity to present their innovative and technologically advanced solutions, products and services. In addition to exhibitions, visitors will be able to take part in lectures, education programmes, conferences, workshops, hackathons, business meetings, networking and guest appearances.

The project partners, the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, SPIRIT Slovenia, the Digital Innovation Hub of Slovenia and BTC set up the Digital Centre with the aim of delivering one of Slovenia's priorities during its Presidency of the Council of the EU – the resilience, recovery and strategic autonomy of the European Union.
