Slovenia from 1991 until today
This year is the 30th anniversary of independent Slovenia. During this time GDP per capita increased by four times, deflation was recorded twice, the number of families without children, the number of single-parent families and the share of people with tertiary education increased.

The difference in average earnings between 1991 and 2020 can best be described by how much of a certain product one could buy in 1991 and 2020. The Statistical office made also some other comparisons between the two years.
