Minister of the Interior Boštjan Poklukar will be hosting a Trilateral Meeting of the Ministers of the Interior of Slovenia, Croatia and Italy on Thursday, 21 March 2024 in Brdo pri Kranju. After having met in November last year in Trieste, Italy and in Buzet, Croatia this January, the Ministers of the Interior Boštjan Poklukar, dr. Davor Božinović and Matteo Piantedosi are now meeting in Slovenia. The Trilateral Meeting has become an important platform on migration management in the region, focusing on prevention of irregular border crossings and the fight against migrant smuggling.
