6th High-Level Symposium Of Think Tanks Of The People's Republic Of China And Central And Eastern European Countries

On 3 and 4 September, the Slovenian resort of Bled will host the 6th High-Level Symposium of Think Tanks of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, held on the sidelines of the 2019 Bled Strategic Forum. The participants will look at the 17+1 Cooperation through the prism of bilateral relations, regional cooperation and China-EU relations.
The upcoming event is the sixth in the series of high-level think tank meetings held in China and CEE countries. Slovenia previously hosted the second high-level meeting in 2014.
The two-day symposium in Bled will break into thematic groups focusing on the 17+1 Cooperation and the sustained development of China-EU relations, on innovative and sustainable development of the 17+1 Cooperation, and on prospects for the 17+1 Cooperation. It will offer policymakers, business representatives, as well as researchers and civil society representatives a platform for sharing best practices and latest analyses on the prospective cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
