The Internal Administrative Affairs, Migration and Naturalisation Directorate is responsible for the performance of tasks in the areas of civil registration, public documents, registration of the population, citizenship, assembly and association, and weapons and explosives and provides information services in the area of administrative internal affairs. Its responsibilities also include monitoring and regulating migration flows, decision-making on applications for international protection and facilitating the integration of foreigners in Slovenian society.
