IT Service

The IT Service plans and maintains the operation of a dedicated segment of the server and network environment for the ministry and its constituent bodies. It prepares equipment for users and provides technical support in resolving equipment-related issues and planning the computerisation of work processes. The Service is also responsible for the procurement and maintenance of telephony equipment and services.
