We coordinate and oversee the preparation of the financial plan proposals for the Ministry and its constituent bodies. We ensure that the financial plan is prepared in accordance with the guidelines for drafting the budget proposal and that it includes all required documentation.

We coordinate the annual inventory of assets and liabilities, carry out activities related to the preparation of the annual financial report as part of the final budget account, and perform other operational financial tasks related to the execution of the state budget.
