Division Supporting the Work of the Government Commission for Administrative Affairs and Appointments
The Division Supporting the Work of the Government Commission for Administrative Affairs and Appointments prepares, organises and conducts sessions of the Commission and provides opinions, responses and other documents for the Government to formulate its position on the proposals of unauthorised proposers. It refers the relevant material to the competent authorities for consideration. It also coordinates the work of the competent ministries and government offices concerning documents submitted for consideration by line ministries, which have to comply with the instructions for preparing documents for consideration and the Rules of Procedure of the Government.
With regard to the documents considered, it coordinates the work of the competent ministries, government offices, representatives of civil society and professional organisations. It examines the content of documents for government consideration and their compliance with the Rules of Procedure of the Government and harmonisation with the competent line ministries. It prepares the Commission’s reports and minutes.
The Division also prepares records of decisions adopted at Commission and Government sessions and monitors the implementation of the Commission’s and the Government’s positions. It directly monitors the sessions of the National Assembly, follows domestic and foreign legislations concerning its area of work, and prepares documents for government consideration as instructed by the Secretary-General of the Government.
