Investment, Maintenance and Transport Division
The Investment, Maintenance and Transport Division plans, organises, manages and coordinates investments of the Secretariat-General of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. It is responsible for regular, major and emergency maintenance of its office buildings and premises, and manages its property.
The Division also coordinates major maintenance works between users of the Government palace, maintains records of fixed assets, and drafts agreements on the transfer of the right to manage fixed assets. Its tasks include ensuring the regular maintenance of fixed assets and holiday facilities, and it participates in public procurement procedures related to its area of work.
Furthermore, it provides technical support for protocol events.
Two sections have been established within the Division to perform its specific tasks and functions.
