Railway Infrastructure Public Procurement Service
The Railway Infrastructure Public Procurement Service conducts public procurement procedures for the railway infrastructure and participates in the harmonisation of public procurement regulations. The Service drafts tender documents, carries out public procurement procedures, conducts pre-audit procedures and ensures the standardisation of typical public procurement goods, including the development of samples of tender documentation for specific types of public procurement, the establishment of the database of untrustworthy contractors and the introduction of e-public procurement. Furthermore, it produces analyses regarding the public procurement system and ensures access to public procurement information.
