Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Travel Advice: COVID-19

As the probability of infection with COVID-19 remains present, Slovenian citizens wishing to travel abroad are advised to follow the news on the spread of the virus, especially on the planned route, to check the conditions of entry into the country of destination, and to comply with local rules. Slovenian citizens returning from abroad are advised to follow the recommendations of the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ).

The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Tel Aviv represents the Republic of Slovenia in Israel, protects and realizes the interests of the Republic of Slovenia, its citizens and legal entities, and promotes and develops friendly relations and cooperation between the countries in all fields.

Slovenia and Israel established diplomatic relations on 28 April 1992. Relations between the two countries are good and traditionally friendly, and have developed in a spirit of constructive cooperation. The two countries have developed a wide range of cooperation, particularly in the fields of economiy, science and culture. These relations provide the basis for developing a long-term partnership.
