Maritime National Single Window
The Maritime National Single Window (NEO) is a service portal for the exchange of maritime data that connects the SafeSeaNet system at the European Maritime Safety Agency, e-Customs, and other electronic systems, through which all data regarding a ship’s arrival or departure is reported only once and forwarded to various competent authorities and European Union member states. In 2027, the revamped portal will ensure compliance with the European Single Window environment for the maritime sector.
