Cashless payment of compulsory charges without payment service fees

The Public Payments Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (PPA) enables cashless payment of all compulsory charges (listed in the JFP-A sub-accounts) payable by legal and natural persons to the state and municipalities at the PPA’s non-cash payment points: value added tax, property income, personal income tax, social security contributions, fees for the use of building land, annual road user charge, taxes, fines, etc., which are paid into the public revenue accounts.

Cashless payment of compulsory charges can be made by using

  • a bank card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Karanta, Diners Club) or a mobile wallet that supports payment with a bank card;
  • a universal payment order form completed with payment details.

Blank universal payment order forms are available at all UJPlačam cashless payment points and must be completed with payment data. The Bank Association of Slovenia offers a free software package designed for completing and printing universal payment order forms.

No other bills can be settled at UJPlačam cashless payment points (such as electricity, telephone and utility bills, fees for care in public institutions, radio and television licence fee, etc.). The fees for these services are paid into budget users’ accounts or into the accounts of natural persons.

Payment at UJPlačam cashless payment points is made by using bank cards and mobile wallets without fees that are charged for online bank counter payments.
