The government has declared the Holy Trinity Church in Hrastovlje, known for its Gothic frescoes, a cultural monument of national importance. Deputy Prime Minister Matej Arčon said on Thursday that this would give the church additional significance and would contribute to the promotion of cultural heritage in the Koper municipality.

Today, the Government continued its series of regional sessions with a visit to the Savinja Region, focusing, this time, on the Celje and Kozje areas. Prime Minister Robert Golob began the visit at the Šmarje pri Jelšah Retirement Home, where he met with residents and toured the facilities. At today’s session, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Decree on the designation of health regions, introducing six health regions with the aim of ensuring the best possible access to healthcare services.
