Consular Office Hours in Edinburgh
The Consular Officer of the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in London will provide consular services in Edinburgh on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at the premises of the Consulate General in Edinburgh, 165 Craigcrook Road, Edinburgh EH4 7SU, UK.
During the consular office hours, you will be able to submit a passport application, have your signature authenticated on a document, submit applications for the registration of your child’s birth or your marriage in the Slovenian civil registry, or request other consular assistance.
An appointment is required. To request an appointment, please complete the form at the link bellow and send it to the Embassy of Slovenia at consular.london(at)gov.si by 22 October 2026. This will allow the Embassy sufficient time to verify your details and provide you with the relevant information regarding the procedure.
The Embassy will propose an appointment time and provide further instructions based on the service you require. Prior appointments are necessary to ensure that all applicants can be served during the available consular hours.
Please note that consular fees must be paid in cash. Personal cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
