Slovenian Days in Cleveland 2026
The Consulate General of the Republic of Slovenia in Cleveland announces a diverse program of cultural events organized by the local Slovenian community this September. Minister for Slovenians Abroad, Suzana Lep Šimenko, will participate as a guest of honor at a literary evening celebrating the 120th Anniversary of the Slovenian Reading Society in Cleveland.
The upcoming program, starting on September 5, offers a variety of activities aimed at preserving and promoting Slovenian cultural heritage in the United States of America.
Visitors will be able to enjoy traditional cuisine, musical and dance performances, and attend the literary evening. This year's program will also be enriched by a celebration honoring the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, concluding on September 27, 2026.
