Prime Minister Robert Golob attends online informal European Council meeting
Prime Minister Robert Golob participated today, via video conference, in an informal meeting of the European Council. The leaders were briefed on the latest developments, with the primary objective being the establishment of lasting peace in Ukraine.

Slovenia supports all efforts aimed at achieving this lasting peace, which can only be achieved through an immediate ceasefire and the initiation of a peace process involving direct talks between the Ukrainian and Russian presidents.
Prime Minister Golob will also attend a meeting of countries supporting Ukraine tomorrow afternoon via video conferencing.
