Call for proposals BIZI Liquidity Energy published

The Slovenian Regional Development Fund has published the call for proposals BIZI Liquidity Energy. The call for proposals, published on the Fund’s website, aims to ensure business entities' liquidity in light of the energy crisis and improve their competitiveness, productivity, and technological equipment by implementing measures to control energy consumption and energy loss.

The BIZI Liquidity Energy call for proposals is open to a wide range of entities. This includes those defined in the Companies Act, such as unlimited liability companies, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, public limited companies, limited partnerships with share capital, and European public limited-liability companies. Additionally, natural persons who independently pursue a gainful activity on the market and entities registered as cooperatives under the Cooperatives Act are also eligible to apply.

The loan ranges from EUR 80,000 to EUR 500,000.

Equipment and other tangible assets, intangible assets, and operating costs shall be considered eligible costs.

Successful projects under the BIZI Liquidity Energy call for proposals must demonstrate tangible results. These include a reduction of energy consumption per unit of product or service, a general reduction of energy consumption, the production of an extended energy audit with proposed measures to reduce energy consumption, the attainment of ISO 14.001 or ISO 50001 certification, and an increase in the share of renewable energy sources (RES) in total energy consumption.

Applications can be submitted electronically via the eRsklad application. Applications may be submitted during the open call period from 8 April 2024 to 17 May 2024 or until the funds are used.
