Job openings at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Podgorica

Governments of Slovenia, France and Montenegro have recently concluded an agreement to establish an international organization in Podgorica dedicated to cyber resilience in the Western Balkans. The Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Center (WB3C) is becoming a regional hub for the training of experts in the fields of cybersecurity, cybercrime prosecution and cyber diplomacy.

The Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Podgorica is looking for two new colleagues to strengthen the WB3C team. Your main task will be the development of an operational organization. The position could bring you a permanent position in the WB3C once it is fully established in about two years.

1 PROJECT MANAGER and 1 ASSISTANT

You will be working at the new premises of the WB3C at the NTP (Naučno-tehnološki park Crne Gore) in Podgorica together with the French diplomatic personnel in charge with the execution of cyber capacity trainings under the direct leadership of the director of programs.

Your task as the PROJECT MANAGER will be to structure and organize accountancy, management of documentary materials, secretariat, HR management, logistics operations, website and social media management, etc. of the new organization. Your task as the ASSISTANT will be to assist the project manager and the director of programs in operating the organization.

Requirements:

Proficiency in spoken and written English is prerequisite, other WB6 languages and/or French are an advantage
PROJECT MANAGER: University level (Bologna master degree) education, a degree in law is an advantage
PROJECT MANAGER: Provable related work experience is necessary
Montenegrin citizenship or permanent residence permit

Security vetting by security agencies of the Republic of Slovenia is mandatory for these positions and will be performed with your consent only prior to concluding the employment contract. The initial employment relationship is temporary for a period until 30 November 2024 with a possibility of one-year extension and with a 1-month probation period.
